   The Game Server Management App is a platform designed to help users manage and monitor game servers. The Service is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis.

   • b. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

Vasile Jianu makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

   These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

   We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
